Weekly Wonder: Hot Mess22 February 2013
Hot pot was one of my favorite foods in China. It's a simple concept; put a bowl of boiling broth in the center of the table and add raw ingredients as you like. For such an incredibly easy process, I loved hot pot. I still crave it now in the USA and try to think of ways to recreate it. While it was delicious, it tended to get a little messy!
